Anne and Ben’s eSession may just be one of my all-time favorite sessions. Ever. When I spoke with Anne about what they wanted, it was clear that these two weren’t the sit-in-front-of-a-flower-bush-and-pose kind of couple. They wanted something personal and photojournalistic. We discussed places that are special to them as a couple and they suggested that we go to a sushi bar by their house (which they cleared with the restaurant owners of course). I was beyond stoked – I love out-of-the-box shoots!

I felt like I was just talking with friends over their dinner – and I really had a blast getting to know Anne and Ben on a more personal level. Anne and Ben live right around the corner from the sushi place, so we wrapped things up at their house. We even managed to squeeze some shots of the four-legged family members as well! The “natural” approach worked out really well to capture the connection between Anne and Ben. They are so hip and so kind – I wish I could just bottle them up (but the photos will have to do).

As mentioned in previous posts, Red Brick Photography offers service for any level of coverage. A customized package was put together for Cyndi and Jeff, who only needed a few hours of photography for their wedding and reception. While I was in the room while Cyndi was getting ready, it was touching to see how excited and anxious she was to marry Jeff. She had been looking forward to the day with much enthusiasm and sweet emotions were present with everyone. I can tell that both Jeff and Cyndi have a very loving network of family/friends as this couple was enveloped with support.
