Classic.  Sophisticated.  Elegant.  Courtney and Cody.  They just all flow together.

Shooting Courtney and Cody for their engagements last fall was a dream.  Both of these cuties are a breeze to photograph and are so great to work with.  Courtney and Cody are thoughtful and gracious and work wonderfully together.  It was so fun to soak in Trinity Park with this kind couple and hear their story.  You can’t fake passion and it was clear that they have strong feelings for one another.  I know that they will continue to lift each other up as they continue their warm journey together.

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Pam for years and she has been a super great friend to me through some pretty rough experiences. Pam also will always have a special place in my heart because she drug me out of the house one night to go to a get-together at another friend’s apartment… and it was that night that I met my sweet husband. I owe Pam a ton and was beyond delighted when she told me that she was getting married in January.

Pam and Stephen needed a photo for their invitations so we headed to a nearby park to grab some quick snaps. Mosquitoes were in full force that evening but Pam and Stephen toughed it out and had a fun session. In the grand tradition of Texas, Tara and John’s eSession had a bit of the unexpected when it came to the weather. In the days leading up to their engagements, it had been warm and pleasant, so we thought nothing of meeting in the morning to bust out some great photos. Boy… were we wrong. What we thought was going be a pleasant day turned into a super chilly/windy morning. This didn’t stop Tara and John from letting their sweet personalities shine through and getting some fun shots (even though I know Tara was frozen solid).
